OK, folks, after devoting 10 days to my beautiful baby girl, her blog, and her mommy, I'm ready to get back to URL'ing again.
Here's one I've never seen before -- an URL with a service mark. I didn't realize you needed to trademark your URL to keep people from using it. I thought you could just buy it and that would be that. I wouldn't dare question this ambulance chaser, er... attorney's knowledge of the law though. He seems more than competent, if just a bit sleepy. And it's too bad the only caps he uses here are for the SM. The result is an URL that's a real snoozer.
