If you're in the market for one of those Life Alert devices (btw, did you know they've trademarked the phrase, "Help, I've fallen and can't get up!"???) you've got enough problems than to have to remember all these extra numbers. Then again, it might just be a good direct response tracking mechanism as old folks may not realize that you can get to the website without typing in the full extension. Although they're likely to put the URL into their AOL search box. Methinks whoever came up with this one had a "senior moment."

Also a "senior moment" to have split response between phone and click. Too many options diminishes overall response.
