I've been on a bit of a hiatus from URL-spotting but this one caught my eye as a misuse of CAPS I don't think I've seen before. For some reason, the dubs here are capitalized and the rest of the URL is in alllowercase. Talk about putting the em-phah-sis on the wrong sy-lah-bles!

Just when you think you've seen it all, a truly one-of-a-kind Bad URL rears its ugly head -- or, in this case, it's ugly tilde. Props to Aaron Bynum who spotted this in the Champaign-Urbana News Gazette. As he pointed out, it's also a best practice not to use the word "adult" in your URL unless you're in the porn industry. This URL makes me say eww, not eiu.

Someone sure screwed up this URL display. Of course, the correct URL is StBaldricks.org. Now, we've seen erroneous apostrophes in URLs before never a false subdomain. Looks like someone snapped up Baldricks.org to capitalize here. That was quite the bald, er... bold move.

I've seen reverse URLs but this is a first -- an updside down URL. This graphic adorns the wall of the BP section at Nordstrom. I suppose it might be a good way to reach the BP target market -- teenage cheerleader types that can read it while doing a handstand. This URL has really bottomed out.

Reader John Cade spotted this URL that's bad on 2 levels. First, the dot is missing after the dubs -- first time I've seen that one! Second, using alllowercase makes this look like upset.com. This URL decal needs to be exterminated.
