OMG, I hate acronym URLs. Unless the company is commonly known as such. I doubt Sperry Van Ness goes by SVN though. And the 112 is seemingly random. Turns out 112 is the address of the agent (not the property being sold). Apparenly, SVN (henceforth, they shall be known by the acronym -- hey, they made their bed!) has a bunch of different agents and they tack on to SVN to get their own domain. I just hate when companies take a marketer-centric approach to their URL, rather than consumer-centric. If you want people to remember your URL, you have to make it meaningful to them, not you! This URL is truly SVN -- So Very Nasty.
