They really should've thought of this before they decided to name the company @properties. Making the best of this worse case scenario would be choosing an URL like HomesInChicago.com or ChicagoRealEstate.com. The business was founded in the late 90's so I'm sure some decent category URLs were available if they had gotten up and at 'em.
